Terms of Service

DayCode delivers numerology readings, daily energy interpretations, compatibility scores, and AI-generated guidance. These are entertainment and self-reflection tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on DayCode to make medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions. Consult qualified professionals for those.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DayCode.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.
• The information you provide (name, birth date) should be accurate. If you enter someone else’s birth data into your circle, you represent that you have permission to do so.
• You can delete your account anytime from the Profile page.

DayCode offers an optional premium subscription, billed monthly.

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel before it renews. The same payment method is charged for each renewal.
• How to cancel: If you subscribed via the website, cancel from the Profile page. If you subscribed via the iOS App Store, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel through your Google account’s subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Web subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of charge by emailing us. App Store and Play Store subscriptions are refunded through Apple or Google directly per their policies.
• Price changes: If we change the price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Free tier: The basic features remain free. If you cancel premium, your account stays — you just lose premium features at the end of the current period.

• Use DayCode for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Save people you know to your circle for compatibility checks.
• Share your numerology insights with whoever you want.

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to DayCode or its content.
• Reverse engineer the app or scrape the service at scale.
• Use DayCode to harass others, including by entering people’s birth data without their permission.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, abuse the AI generation endpoints, or circumvent rate limits.
• Use DayCode for any unlawful purpose.

The DayCode app, design, code, and pre-written interpretations are owned by The Spiritual Technologist. AI-generated readings produced for you are yours to use personally — feel free to screenshot or share. The underlying numerology engine, prompt library, and software remain ours.

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee that DayCode will be available 100% of the time. We may take the service down for maintenance, fix bugs, or change features. We may also discontinue DayCode entirely with reasonable notice; if we do and you have an active premium subscription, we will refund the unused portion.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DayCode and The Spiritual Technologist are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

DayCode is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The numerology and AI-generated readings are for entertainment and reflection only — see the disclaimer at the top of these terms.

You can stop using DayCode and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless a different venue is required by applicable consumer law.
